Angel Property Management offer quality accommodation. Matching good tenants to excellent properties. To this end we must undertake certain references from perspective tenants.

These can include some or all of the following

  • Current Landlord Reference
  • Employers Reference
  • Proof of Address History
  • Proof of Earnings
  • Proof of Identification
  • Guarantor (if required)

Our rental agreement is for an initial term of 6 months although most properties are available on a long term basis. Once satisfactory references / checks have been completed we will require a bond equivalent to one full months rent and a full months rent in advance. Subject to the property being returned in satisfactory condition at the end of the tenancy the bond will be returned in full. Bonds are held with the Deposit Protection Scheme (fully managed properties only).

We can process an application in a matter of days and providing the property is vacant and we are in receipt of cleared funds for bond and rent we can allow you to have the keys as soon as this is done!

If you have viewed a property and would like to go ahead with an application please download and print out, fill in and post the application from to the address on the form including 2 months bank statements and proof of ID (we can not be held responsible for documents lost in the post).
